Users impacted by the issue (whose local time zone is GMT/UTC) should refresh/reload/restart their Woven app to pick up the fix.

We will continue to monitor the issue to ensure the fix is working for all the impacted users.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where users located in GMT/UTC time zone are unable to see their calendar events on Woven desktop and web applications. iOS app is not impacted.

Monitoring - The fix has been deployed to our production servers.

The small group of Woven Desktop App users who were impacted by this issue might also need to update their desktop apps before the fix will be effective for them.

Users who have not been impacted by the issue should also update their desktop apps to prevent possible future problems related to this issue.

We are currently monitoring the results of the fix.

Identified - Woven Desktop Apps might not allow signing in to Google accounts with an error "Couldn't sign you in, This browser or app may not be secure". We have identified the root cause of the issue and working on a fix. In the interim, you can continue to use Woven on a web browser at: https://woven.com/app
