Delays in email sync
We are investigating delays in email sync impacting a subset of our users.
The issue might manifest itself as email threads in Woven not showing up or not updating quickly. Related, Woven Assistant might also not react to requests at all or in a timely manner.
We believe the incident is related to an issue with our underlying cloud infrastructure provider. We will update the incident as information becomes available.
Delays in calendar sync
We are investigating delays in calendar sync impacting a subset of our users. The issue might manifest itself as events in Woven not updating to their latest state quickly, after they are modified outside of Woven.
